We recognize how important relationship building is to our members. For many years, ECI has deployed a community forum, ECI Connects
, to house our resource library, serve as the communication channel for our Working Groups and to give every member an opportunity to start a topic, ask a question or seek advice.
The current software and site have reached the end of their lifecycle. The software we have been using has not kept pace and we have selected a new platform. We are currently completing a new ECI Community that is more robust, and modern. We expect this social community platform to be fully deployed and mobile ready by the end of this month.
Within the next week, you will be receiving new login instructions and directions on how to enter and use the new site. You will receive a temporary password and be required to change it after your first login. (note: if you are happy with your current password just use it again)
Because we have moved to an entirely different system, the purchase step will not be seamless for a few months. Later in Q2 we will be replacing the “shopping cart” portion of our member portal.
Until the new paywall site is up, when you register to attend an event or make a purchase, you will be directed to the same portal that is currently in use -- where you will need to use your current username and password.
We apologize for this inconvenience and are working to quickly integrate these functions.
The introduction of the new community platform is just the beginning. Once it is deployed, we will be adding new features and functionality to make constantly improve your ECI Community experience.
